I've found that I'm getting spurious mouseenter and mouseleave events in html palettes.
If I have a div close to the top of the palette, and listen for mouseenter and mouseleave events on the div, they are triggered on the div when the mouse enters and leaves the palette title bar as well.
If the div is placed 25 pixels or more below the title this does not occur.
I've attached a simpleadd-in that demonstrates this behavior.
