I found a website badge generator called Badgen and, for fun, I wrote a badge for showing the app rating from the Autodesk store. Sharing it in case someone else is interested 🙂 .
It uses a site called Runkit as the source for the badge contents.
Unfortunately, it only seems to output SVG, which the forum software does not like (but it works good on Github). (I think shields.io can output PNG images and I think it could use Runkit as generator.)
So here's a screenshot:
Use the numeric ID from the app store URL and add it to the end of the URL, like this:
