API for Import New Version

At the moment, I am experiementing with script to work around the limitation of replacing a component (with another component) in an assembly. I have managed to make the workflow work manually, but I am a bit stuck with the script.  I am looking for the API that does the same thing as "Upload new version" on the right-click menu on an existing file in the Data Panel, but I can't find it.

I would greatly appreciate if you could point me to the right direction.

Unfortunately that is not currently supported through the API.  There is still some dashboard/A360 related work that we need to do.
