API Difference between "full" & "educational" licences

Can anybody help?

I am using a Python script to create a new folder inside "Project Files" > "Projects.

I have a education licence. I cannon get the script to work.

However,

I have asked somebody with a full licence to test the script and it works fine.

Is there a difference between the two licences as regards API (Python) fuctionality?

There isn't any deliberate difference in the behavior of the API between the "full" and "educational" licenses.  The API is driving Fusion and the behavior should be whatever the Fusion behavior is for either a "full" or "educational" license.  Obviously there are licensing differences between the two but I don't know what behavior differences there are between the two.
