What is the process of adding scripts to the store?

I assume you mean the Autodesk App Store.  Here's where you can learn some more.

Go to the app store and at the bottom of the page is the link shown below.
Clicking that will force you to sign in using your Autodesk account and will then take you to a welcome page that has links to several pages discussing the guidelines and the submission process.
