Hi @David_Ewen,

Thank you for posting in the forum! I am sorry to hear about the issue.

Could you try posting your screencast again? It seems like the screencast was not included properly.

Sorry about that.

The 1st time, I attempted to copy the link and paste it into the screencast url location.

This time I chose one of my screencasts.

Here's a link to the file: http://a360.co/2n570Om

Hi David,

Thank you for sharing the file with me! I could see the issue as soon as I opened the file, and I think this is a bug.

I have reported this issue to the development team for further investigation (the ticket ID is FUS-39357 just for your reference), and I will post an update here as soon as I have one.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the reply.

I need to work on the design, and it's impossible to do so as is.

Is there a work around?

We have not found a workaround at the moment but I'll post more information as soon as I have one.  I apologize for this.

@masa.minohara

I wouldn’t consider this a workaround, but I discovered that I could export the file as a .step or .iges and then import it and work with it again.

I’m not sure what to do about the changes I’ve made and how to get those into the original, but at least I can work with the design.

Hi @David_Ewen

For time being there is a workaround that might help you.

For more details please have a look into the attached GIF.

(If left Mouse Button does not work, please try right Mouse Button to bring the Menu to reset Front near the view cube )

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

@nabarun.paul

Thanks for the response. In this case, resetting the Front view does not work.
