Unable to download fusion 360 for hobbyist

Hi and thanks in advanced.

I have tried registering and downloading Fusion 360 via Edge, Mozilla and Chrome and all attempts have failed.

I click 'Get started' follow the prompts and fill in the forms but when I click to proceed nothing happens.

I would like the software as a hobbyist.

My email address has been confirmed and I have filled in my profile.

When I try the solution 'Download the trial first and apply license later', I am neither a Business nor a Student.

Side note. I keep being taken to/bouncing between the US site just to be returned to the Australia site and login all over etc.

Other threads say this is intentional and to use a VPN and set it to the US.

Will try this now.

Pretty crappy when trying to do the right thing.

I can confirm this is NOT intentional.

We are investigating what may be going on in the Personal sign up form that is causing this. In the meantime, if you are trying to sign up or renew and need access, please email me at [email protected] and provide the email address that you use for your Autodesk Account. I will manually grant the personal license while we investigate.

Thanks for your response.

I downloaded the application via VPN as suggested in other threads and it worked.

It appears to open without needing to be connected to the VPN once downloaded.

Please let me know if I need to uninstall and re-install.

Hello,

nearly 3 years later the problem is still existing.

I've tried to download the version for private use as a hobbyist, but after filling the forms and clicking the download button nothing happened.

I tried it with edge and chrome. I tried it with cookies disabled and enabled and i also tried it via location germany, united states and canada.

Nothing works for me.

EDIT: I don't know what i was doing in another way with my next try, but now it was working.

Can anyone provide some help?
