Student account expired. How to re activate?

I am a secondary school teacher and I use Fusion 360 with my 3D CAD CAM club and GCSE groups as well as A-Level.

I have one student whose account has expired! As an educational license it should not have done this as he has 3 years left at our main school.

Does anyone know how I can reinstall his license?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Wayne Stevens

Hi @w_stevens

Thanks for posting! You can follow the instructions at this link to renew a student entitlement - I hope this will help.

It sounds like the students license should not have expired yet, there could be other issues here. If the link above does not work, please create a support case with the License Management team through manage.autodesk.com, as shown below:create support case.gif

Same issue with my students. We set up the educational account, provided proof of enrollment, and have been working just fine for over a month. This week we have an orange block at the top that says expired. We click that and select educational version..... A pop up appears that says process cannot complete and to try again later.

Clearly Autodesk has to do a better job with this process and I hope that are taking in the feedback we are providing.

That did not work. We also tried logging out and back in, but nothing
seemed to work.

Both students are still struggling. We used the links you provided and it asked them to upload proof of enrollment, which we did a month ago.

One student received confirmation, but still has the orange block "Term Expired"

The second student is in the process of uploading proof of enrollment

When at the mange.autodesk .com  the students do not have any product next to their name.

It makes zero sense why this is so impossible for some students and not others.  Obviously, the students are doing something incorrect but why did autodesk turn this into a dog and pony show?

yesterday a student had an expired fusion account.  He did as instructed and got the confirmation just like you shared.  He then opens fusion and logs in and still has RED EXPIRED SUBSRIBE NOW.  If he follows that option it takes him out of education.
