Retrieve deleted file?

I deleted my design by accident.  I am a beginner, but I did search the forum first.  I did not archive it.  It is not in the F folder.  When I load Fusion 360 in Win7/64, the files list briefly shows this file name in the Recent Activity list, but then it quickly disappears.   I suppose this is a locally stored queue remnant.  The file name is 20 Frame.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you selected the "Recover Documents" command from the File menu drop-down?

Yes.  It is grayed out and indicates (0) files.

Anybody out there?  Sure could use some help from Autodesk.
