renew personnal licence not working

Hi, i use fusion 360 personnal licence and time to renew is come but not working.

try to sign out, use the online form, click on get stared, login in the app but nothing append, try again, uninstall the app, reboot, reinstall... but nothing...no mail , no error and no licence.

i have try several time to renew, before the end of period, wait untill the end of period, try again and nothing

now it show to me trial ends in 29 days

i have ton of personal designs and don't want to loose them

please help

First of all you will not lose your cloud data, it is hooked to your Autodesk ID.  Second, it seems you are all set with your renewed license.  Autodesk recently changed the renewal of a Personal license to begin with a full subscription trial.  When this trail ends you will be switched to your Personal license.  They are hoping you will like the full subscription version enough to purchase it and not continue using a personal license.

good news but a warning message would be welcome, because we don't know at all if the renewal is working

Yes, you must fix the UI. I'm a UI designer and I have rarely seen such a gross design error. Just say what you just told us and all would be clear. Right now, a user can only assume the renewal process is broken.

I too am having this issue. My expiration msg says my Personal license expires7 days. I..

• went through the link on the pop up message
• filled out the form
• downloaded the client installer
• installed it

Upon reboot , exact same msg saying I expire in 7 days. Am I to assume I am all set and my expiring copy will automagically become a 30 day free trial in 7 days then a personal license again in 37 days and be good until next year... ?? Ow, my head hurts...

It has been pointed out in various threads that you should not do anything before the "Expired Subscription Read Only" message appears
