Hi @Anonymous,

Can you post your diagnostic log files from the Help menu in Fusion. I'd be curious to see if there are any errors in there. Also, can you invite me to the project so I can test. My email to invite is james.youmatz@autodesk.com.

Thanks,

Hi James,

Thanks for reply.
Please see attached diagnostic log files.

There is no specific project.
It's happening with every file (project).
I'm opening render section and "Render Gallery" only showing loading bars
for significant amount of time.
Usually recent renders appear in "Render Gallery" in a few seconds but now
it's showing only loading bars (even for simplest projects).
If I wait for 15 min the gallery finally upload but it stuck again when I'm
clicking "Save Image"
I tried on 2 computers - same issue. It began yesterday.

Maybe it is a problem with Cloud Render?

Best,
Philipp

Hi @Anonymous,

It looks like the diagnostic log files didn't get attached - can you please try again? Also, can you please invite me (kate.raskauskas(at)autodesk.com) to your project as well?

If you go to the Autodesk render site, do your renders show up there?

Hi Kate.

Please see diagnostic log files attached.
My problem doesn't relate to specific project. It affects all of them.

My render gallery is super slow now. It looks like it happen after you
launch a new version of the software (maybe?).
It take a lot of time for render gallery to upload and even more time when
I'm clicking "save as jpeg"
I tried on 2 different computers, same problem. So I think the problem in
cloud rendering.

Best,
Philipp

I have the same problem with all projects I'm trying.

The rendering gallery window is empty, just the loading icon appears.

Yesterday I also got a fail message saying the system was down.

The Same problem is occuring with all of our users (3).

We only see the animated gray "working" icon in the middle of the gallery portal.

Hi all. Glad this is not just me! Bad timing too as projects are coming to a close and clients want their visuals. (Bet we are all in the same boat there).

I've tried two Macs, one of which is a new top spec MacBook Pro. Both identical issues. Switched of all firewalls in case access to the servers was being denied for some reason. Been slowing for a while now, but ceased to work at all today. Noticed that the Render Status bar that used to appear (I always use local render 4000x3500px PNG Standard quality) had stopped appearing also. Not sure if it's related. Hope this gets fixed soon, I'm running out of excuses for clients.

Hi all,

We are currently investigating this as we see this too on our end and are hoping to come out with a fix soon.

In the meantime, can some of you test and verify this workaround by navigating to the URL below, signing in, and downloading the images and render:

Hi James. That's magic! At least I can view everything and save them. Phew. Life saver.

This solves one problem, however cloud rendering is moving the components and making the model look like a jumbled mess. Local render keeps everything in place.

I have the same problem -  any new local renders are not "saved" - and not showing in the Render Gallery.

I've tried a re-start -  an update - and going to "My renderings" via the URL - with no luck

I've been working on the same problem for the last 3 days. Tried to reboot, update and it's not loading on the URL either unfortunately
