Total newb here. First post because I have always been able to find solutions to my problems with a search of the forums.
When I create a component and give it appearance properties, then import it (linked) into another model, it doesn't show in the original colors. In the screenshot below, I'm trying to import "Enclosure top half only" into Enclosure v2 v7, but when I drag the model in the browser into my work space, it comes in all black rather than black and red as shown in the browser.
