Hello,
I've been trying to make intersecting modeled threads for 3d printing in Fusion 360, it's a part for a machine I'm building. If I model either thread first, the second one can't be created due to "incorrect geometry", however if I don't model them, they don't show up in my exported model for 3d printing. Could anyone explain to me how I could resolve this?

Create one as a male thread as a new body, and use combine to subtract it from the other
Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
Works for me as long as I create the thread through the centre hole first. I've added side threads, one form the outside in and one from a plane through the centre of the part and both ways work.

Just noticed I used a BSP thread by mistake, using a ISO Metric thread for the side holes works no matter what order. It does create some nasty surfaces so you might be better off creating the side hole from a centre plane with a counter bore.

My guess is the OP is attempting to add Thread features to existing “holes” rather than using the Hole (Tapped) feature.
The *.f3d file will end all doubt.
