help with creating a nose cone for a model aeroplane

Hello,

not sure if i am in the right place i would like to learn how to create a new nose cone for my model aircraft so i can 3d print it as they are no longer available, but i cannot seem to find any tutorials how i would get to this shape to even start playing with it. it not a cone and it is hollow inside. i have attached some photos for the general idea. any help would be much apreciated.
