Fusion 360 crashes when trying to download/save or share renderings

Hi,

i use a MacBook Pro with the latest MacOs (MacOs HighSierra v. 10.13.4.).

I have a really frustrating issue with Autodesk Fusion 360 and I hope someone can help me.

When I try to download/save my own rendering (rendered with cloud rendering) or try to share the rendering to fusion 360 catalog, the program crashes every time.

I also did a uninstall and reinstalled the program but this issue is still there.

What should I do? I really need to download/save my renderings to my computer.

I attached the crashlog file to this post if it helps.

Thanks in advance

Hi all!

@paul.clauss wrote a pretty detailed post on this late last week - Please have a look! Unable to Download Renderings

@ryan.bales Thanks for your fast reply, but I already saw this post, I couldn't find a solution and thought it's a different issue.

But now after I read it a second time I think it's the same issue what I have.

I guess there isn't a solution for it yet, so there's no choice than waiting for it😅

Hopefully it will be fixed soon. In the workaround mentioned does work, were you able to test downloading from the site?

@ryan.bales yes I tried the solution but there are no files on my account.

I guess it because my project is a team project. I was invited to work on this, so with me we were 3 people who was working on 1 project.

i'm seeing that myself. I tested it with @paul.clauss and he can see the renders i create in his web gallery. Meaning if you are rendering they are being saved up to someones gallery, whoever create the project and shared it.

Hello everyone,

I’m just starting with fusion 360 and also have the same problem.
It crashes when trying to do anything with rendered files whether I want to save or share them. I’m usin late 2012 imac and 2017 macbook pro running latest high sierra.
Can’t wait for the solution because it kills all the beginners fun.

An update was recently released, but unfortunately this update didn't fix the render crash issue.

I guess that means we must wait for the next update which hopefully fix this issue.
