Extrusion incomplete issue?

I found this issue when designing a custom maker's badge for myself. The sketch has arcs that are 0.1 mm in radius so I speculated it as a floating point issue but now I think it shouldn't be. I need to extrude a cylinder out of the original sketch but it always turns out incomplete and if I try to extrude the missing parts, error occurs saying that I cannot join the bodies together. I checked the sketch closely and I found that the lines that should be tangent to each other are separated even though it might be a rendering issue only.

The screencast is slow so I included it as an attachment.

System info (if that is useful):

OS: MS Win10 pro en_US (Japanese locale)

F360 version: 2.0.8156 from chocolatey, hobbyist license

CPU: Intel i3-9100f | 2x8GB DDR4-2666

GPU: RX5500XT /m. Sapphire

Patterns in sketches are not recommended.

Complicated sketches are not recommended.

Extruding any part of the quarter then pattern and combine gave no errors.

Sure not fully constrained any more, but progress is possible.

Hi,

even if there is a minimal difference, there is no coincidence of the inner circle with the outer elements.

To do:

delete & renew the inner circle (60mm)

While your solution did work, it also seems to prove my original assumption right - It is float point arithmetic that created a minute difference that made it fail. The original math is right and I constrained everything by binding the outer circles to the inner circle. As another answer said I will try to simplify my sketches but i do think it is a problem when working with things at a small scale.
