Cannot create threads [Error:An existing fillet or chamfer could not be deleted]

Hi all.

I  am trying to add g1/4 threads to the inside of two holes, it works for one but the other gives me the following error:

Error: An existing fillet or chamfer could not be deleted.
Try suppressing or deleting existing fillets/chamfers before attempting the operation.

I am really not sure what is going on here.

The hole itself was extrude-cut from a plain old circle in a sketch.

Any advice appreciated.
