Discrepancy in circle profile and arc: not aligned with dimension

I have a sketch circle dimensioned by diameter (shown) but, upon zooming in (line shown for scale) the circle has generated an arc and a profile which are not aligned to one another, and neither of which lines up with the dimension that defines them.

@haleypearse, can you share the model here?  Most likely this is just a graphics artifact, and any solids or surfaces produced by this profile would be accurate, but we'd like to check it out to be sure.  Thanks!

Thank you. It was causing me a problem: that rails for a loft did not intersect the profiles. But the problem went away when I redid the rail sketches. Still, the discrepancy is there, visible in the last two sketches, 6 & 7. Have a look, but only if you're curious.
