When creating this pin slot joint it seems fine, but as soon as I accept with OK it creates a warning message.
The joint does seem to function properly, however.
I discovered tis behavior helping another user in their design in this thread.
That user states that atet 18 months he still hates joints in Fusion 360. One wonders why!

Created FUS-47602 for this. It is strange that it fails out of the gate like that. I wonder if the error is misleading as to the cause of the problem.
I did notice that if I Revert the component positions in this design, and use As-Built joint, I can create the same joint OK. Still not 100% sure that the motion is correct, but we don't get the warning.

We reworked the internals of Joints and deployed a fix for this in the September update. Please feel free to report back if you can still reproduce it.
