RESOLVED: Render Gallery not Displaying on Mac

Are you experiencing the render gallery not displaying or stuck in a loading screen for Mac OS? We are currently investigating this issue and working hard to get this resolved.

To workaround this - navigate to the URL below to download the completed renders from Fusion 360:

 

https://rendering-beta.360.autodesk.com/myrenderings

Another workaround that works to some extent is to switch from Render to Model work space and back.

Its correct that you can download already rendered images thru the web interface. 

 

The more serious problem with this is that I can't render any new images, the 'Render' button is always ghosted. Is there a work around that allows me to start new renderings?

Hi James, thanks for posting here. May I suggest that this issue be flagged on https://health.autodesk.com? At the moment there is nothing showing there to indicate the service is degraded – even if it is only affecting Mac users.

I will go ahead and pass this feedback along.

 

In the meantime, another workaround we have discovered is toggling into offline mode.
