Simple 3D fillet

Any thoughts on how to create this simple 3D fillet positioned as noted on a 3 axis VMC by following the contour with a ball mill, lollipop mill, or bull mill?

Sorry, most of the regular folks are busy preparing for AU and facing deadlines in their own shops. I'd not suggest using Parallel. Try Scallop:

Thank you so very much! It surely seemed as though Fusion 360 would produce a toolpath as you’ve demonstrated; what a relief. This whole “screencast” idea also is GREAT; how many times have we all wished for something along these lines to convey what words are just not adequate for our thoughts. Thanks to everyone else who looked into my needs as well!
