Hi Peter,

cool machine. I have a Nakamura Tome TW10 with fanuc18iTB. I found something close and modified it a little bit. Maybe you could do the same? Please post and let us know how you get on! Cheers!

Thank you for your answer! the thought has struck us but the machine is new to us so i'm not really sure what it´s suppose to post,  it would take me a lot of time to do this on my own without the knowledge to alter postprocessors,

Well you have a fanuc 21i controller. Find a machine from another manufacturer with the same controller and layout. Start there. Make a basic turning program, post the output and run it on your machine. Get some sample programs from someone with the same machine and look at the code, hopefully it will be iso standard gcode (most likely). There will be mcodes specific for any special features the machine has. If you can find documentation that will be a big help. Fanuc posts are common. Should be totally possible. If that is not for you contact post providers. They will have done exactly the same thing and have something for sale most likely. Probably not to expensive..

Hello!  we have tried this with a few 21i-TB processors,  but the schaublin have some machine specific M-codes/G-codes, but we don´t have the knowledge to change a processor to post our specific codes and build the program in the right order  ,we have not found a fusion 360 partner that could help us make one either..

Have you reached out to DSI in the US or CADPRO out of New Zealand?
