Chinese CNC post help - CNC CHANGE SETUP gcode converter

Hi all, I'm trying to switch to Fusion 360 CAM for my 3axis CNC router but here's some weird NC codes shown / previewed in this Chinese CNC machine file converter ( CNC CHANGE by Suda CNC):

screen001.jpgscreen002.jpg

Could you notice there's a BIG GREEN CIRCLE toolpath created OR understood by this CNC CHANGE converter (from .nc to .jg file format)? It's a big circle on Y plane and spindle create that circle by moving in Z axis! That will be disastrous and a spindle crash onto CNC machine table.

Any help?? Attached is the NC code generated by Fusion 360 CAM.

What post processor are you using?

You say that you are trying to switch over to Fusion. What software were you using before and do you have any simple code you could share so we can see where the differences lie?

I tried several Post Proc and found Mach3Mill the closest (less circles being drawn out in the converter software). My current one is Art cam which i just use AXYZ Post Proc there.

I'll probably make a simple gcode on both platforms to check the difference.

Thanks.

Hi all,

I've found the right Post Proc for Chinese CNC which uses JG Converter to convert NC to JG file format.

Answer is WinCNC. Done!

Hope this helps Chinese CNC Router users.

Trying to figure out the post processor also for the 6040 Chinese cnc router.
Been using fusion for about 1 and half years, Mach3 is new to me as is the cam process.

Can't seem to get the setup correct. Can anyone assist in my setup.. Confirm setting in Mach3 which are already set and correct post processor (which I think is my problem) for the Chinese cnc router. I tried mach3/mill and does not like most tool paths..

Thanks in advance
John

Hello. I know it has been years. But I need help. Do you found the software? I also need it to convert my .NC to .JG as the software that I used is in my uni and since the pandemic I cannot go to the lab. If you have the software, can you please send it to me? Thank you

Hello, I have the same problem. However, I already tried to use WinCNC without success. Any other suggestion ?
Details
1) If I try to make a round cut, it comes out hexagonal.
2) If I try to do the drilling function, the drill enters the first hole, and does not go up any further. (She doesn't get up to drill the next hole)
3) Cutting (straight) function smoothly.
4) For now, I'm only in 2D.
5) My machine:
