Can l generate gcode to a home made cnc machine using fusion 360?

As long as you are using a controller that accepts G-Code (of some flavor) you will be able to do it. There are MANY choices available, some with very devout followers and active support forums such as Mach3 or LinuxCnC to name a couple.

What exactly do you mean by homemade?  If you're talking to something like grbl or TinyG, you're good to go right out of the box.  If you're making your own controller, you may need to write your own postprocessor, but you can always look at the existing ones for guidance.
