Do you have an example of the tool you want to create? Do you mean angle head for a 3 axis mill on a turn mill?

I am thinking this is not currently possible either way but the work around maybe different.

Any missing functionality I can capture in a task.

I want to set the piece with a z-axis horizontally on a boring machine and I want to place the cone of the photo so that without changing the axes of the setup I can work vertically
