2mm contour with 2mm end mill not creating toolpath

I'm having trouble creating a toolpath for a 2mm endmill in a 2mm cutout using the 2D contour option.

I turned off the Lead-In & Lead-Out options. This let the toolpath generator generate toolpaths for most cutouts but not for all (See image below).

I have also attached the .f3d file.

As you've found out, you're going to have to lie to Fusion and say that either A) The slots are a little bigger than they are, or B) The tool is a little smaller than it is.

It cannot calculate a closed contour that it has to go into that is the same width as the tool. There are some workarounds by using the Trace command, but that's about it.

@LibertyMachine is right.

Another workaround is to set the Stock to Leave at a very small negative value.

even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while 😉

The OTHER thing you could do (as if you didn't have enough options); Creatively selecting only a portion of the slot like this:

It may not come out the best, but then again, neither will slotting "to size" in most materials
