Toolpaths Generated

Toolpaths Generated

I have more that 45 years of machining, specializing in Milling; Boring; Multiple Axis Machines; Program Design; etc.

The Toolpaths generated by Fusion 360 choose and produce Toolpaths that are very poor in their Tool Movements; and result in ineffective cutting; loss of accuracy in final workpiece dimensions; and dangerous cutting dynamics for tools themselves.

If you are interested in why they should be improved, I can provide in-depth insight into how, why and proven methods for professional toolpaths and programming procedure.   Conceptually, your toolpaths move through the workpiece in their generation modes.  But, there ate far superior default toolpaths that Must be produced.  If we used these generated by Fusion360, we would be unemployed soon after we ran a few programs.   If you would care to have the people who designed these toolpath generation methods contact me, I can provide invaluable methodology and the reasons why you must adhere to the toolpath requirements in Precision Workpiece Component Production.   I love your software, up until I see the Toolpaths that were generated.

I think the toolpath are not so bad you say here ?

Some other CAM software are more bad like Fusion360 i think.

But can you show an example ? With operations made bad toolpath, i think 2D / 3D Adaptive ?

Or the 2D operations ?

Sometimes 3D operations are not perfect...thats correct.
