Toggle Sketch Visibility from Top Level

When working in an assembly, the option to toggle sketch visibility in lower level parts and subassemblies is not available. This means that if I accidentally leave a sketch turned on in a lower level, then I have to go back and turn visibility off in the subassembly, before resaving and using "Get All Latest" in the top level to make everything hunkey dorey again. Otherwise the sketches stubbornly hover in the top level assembly, requiring a resave at a lower level. This also means that I save a lot more, cluttering up my revision history with save versions that contain no useful design changes except for a visibility toggle. 

Bottom Line: Make all visibility options toggle-able from the top level assembly.
