Text Labeling
When using 3D printing to prototype, it's easy to get confused with what version of a part you're holding. You can manually emboss an object with its name and version number, but it would be great if you could automatically add this to a part with a tool where you select a face, and manually position and size the text
Please let us put a UUID or date/time stamp / other generated text into parts (ideally with the option of having proper thickness, extrusion and drafting for injection moulding)
I also need this. If any ones knows of a script or plugin that reads a component name and references it to label do please point us in the right direction.
