snap offset plane to sketch point

When creating an offset plane, Fusion allow to snap distance/position of the new plane to a solid or surface point/vertices:

Don't know why, but this is not possible with sketch points...

I think this is a good improvement.

Did this not get rolled  out with the November release? The Dec. 4th update does  not seem to allow it. The image shows an attempt, where I have sketch points on the body face -at mid-point- and a point out in space. I have tried to select these without success. Can only select body vertex.
