Sketch lines from middle point

Sketch lines from middle point

Hello. I would really appreciate the possibility to sketch a Line symmetrically from a middle point. My workflow now: make a point, snap from that point and sketch a construction line to the right that is (0.5 * Dimension), constrain it as vertical or horizontal, sketch a normal line back to the left with Dimension, and constraint that line as parallel to the first one.  It works, but it would be so much easier to: make a point, snap from that point and make a Line symmetrical to both sides with a Dimension, and then constrain as vertical or horizontal or whatever. I'm sure more people asked for this. Thanks for considering!

I like the idea, but it might be a quicker workflow if you just make a point, sketch the line arbitrarily, then constrain point to the midpoint, then finish horizontal/vertical constraints and dimensioning.

Almost in most of my Sketches I need that kind of line, sometimes I do two colineal lines with same dimentions. But what you propose will make things quicker. We need more options like when we sketch a circle.
