Shortcut key to switch between more than one tabs.

Basically I am designing a all terrain vehicle (ATV) in which i want to assemble the whole vehicle with all of its parts, and the problem is that , I usually work with more number of designs at a time in Fusion 360 software so because of this i always have to switch from one design to the another i.e from one tab to the another in fusion to get into the proper assembly of the ATV, so in order to make this thing hassle free and more easy it would be very useful if there is any shortcut key to switch between one tab to the another (like ctrl+tab).

This does exist (Ctrl+tilde key) - at least in the forward direction. Unfortunately Ctrl+shift+tilde does not switch documents to the left.

hi @Anonymous Your idea is good for 2tab only. as you say you have number of designs at a time so if you have 5 design then by your idea we have to press shortcut key 4times to get the last tab this will be waste or time we can just use the mouse to click our required tab....

The idea is good for any number of tabs where you're frequently switching between one and an adjacent one. I guarantee I can do that faster than you can move your eyes, the mouse and click on it. It's a very common workflow in browsers and other apps.

@s8859635857 what is say is also correct but at the same time you cannot click every time on the bulb icon to hide the sketch or components, and pressing the shortcut is not a big deal at all, after all it hardly takes few seconds to click a button on the keyboard.

The current implementation of Ctrl + ` is completely useless since it only goes in one direction and doesn't wrap around.

For me Ctrl + tab would be ideal, muscle memory and all (and changing tabs with the tab key? eh). I suppose tilde is fine if there is a reason why it cant be tab, perhaps the in browser editor?

I think the windows alt tab behavior of ordering the tabs in the order that they were selected is great, but I imagine this would be a large change.

Really all that needs to be done is to allow the shortcut key to wrap back around to the first tab.

@Anonymous Yeah that is true, a shortcut is really needed to switch between the tabs.
