Revamp shell command steps

currently when you hit shell it computes instantly with what ever value it might have.

often this can lead to long wait times with complex models before I can enter the value I even only want.

it would be best to have this:

start shell

enter value

hit compute

shell in general is a slow command with a complex model thus I think the UI has to be changed.

oh and we also need a STOP compute button.

and please if this could not be done please add more wait time for the shell command when you enter values.

it is crazy that I have to wait for a computation for each number I enter. like changing 1.25 to 1.52 would require 2 calcualtions!

Previously when the Shell command was invoked, we would automatically give the shell thickness a value. This made it cumbersome to select/deselect additional faces if needed, since sometime the default value comes back as invalid. Now the default value is 0, so you can make those changes before actually specifying a value.
