working with a 3Dconnexion SpacePilot Pro is something really nice but unfortunately I'm facing serious trouble in Fusion 360 with it. I already started a Community thread about this which can be found here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/problem-with-zooming/td-p/6868785
Could you over there at AUTODESK take a look to this? It is really annoying and makes working inside Fusion 360 some-how painful.
