I noticed that you can customize the controls for pan/zoom/orbit (which is great), but there aren't very many options to choose from. The CAD software that I learned on is Catia by Dassault Systèmes, and I love the controls for it. You can do everything with only the mouse, and I like that rotating and orbiting are combined into one tool. I'm sure there are other users who are coming from other big CAD programs who wish they had their familiar controls as well.
The suggestion, then, is to include more configurations to choose from. And if you can't include very many, at least include the controls profiles from some of the big CAD programs like Catia and NX.
