Need behaviors from old Offset command in Sketch workspace

The updated Offset command has at least one legitimate bug that has led me to avoid it until it's fixed. The other reasons why I'm having to avoid it are functionality that used to exist before the behavior of this command was changed...

1) Being able to offset construction lines

2) Being able to offset planes (instead of edges)

Can we get these behaviors back?
