MOVE/COPY command

MOVE/COPY command

On basic use, the Move/Copy command is confusing when you want to both copy and move! Move/Copy is really just a move command. It would be helpful to include a radio button in the command popup dialog box to include copy.

Right now, to actually do a move-copy you have to copy the item in the browser, paste it, and then recognize that it is pasted into the exact position of the original. Then you have to select the copied item and move it. This multiple step process is very non-intuitive for a beginner like myself. It was maddening to figure it out. I did finally find the answer in a forum. --Mark

When you are working on a body or component, the button is actually available.

In a sketch this button misses indeed as pointed out here.

Additionally, there appears to be no Copy in the Move/Copy dialog, at least not for simple sketches on the plane.

In Sketch mode, copy needs to work like traditional CAD.
