location of "ok" button

I would like the OK button to be near the top of windows, rather than at the bottom.

Pressing the return key requires user to lift right hand from mouse, and reach the keyboard. Muscular effort on all the arm.

Reaching the ok button with the mouse requires contraction of the hand to scroll to the bottom of the window.

From my experience, this causes discomfort on the long term.
