This is a dupe but the crash reporter for F360 still doesn't capture hangs and force-quits. For OS X it'd literally be 5 minutes worth of work for someone who knows what they're doing to implement something with launchctl/launchd that would capture those (just copy and modify the one OS X uses for CrashReporter).
That'd have the added benefit of making crash reporting robust to OS X version updates.
Even factoring in a lot of QA and testing, it'd be a few days of effort that would let you detect and fix hangs and the such that currently aren't on your radar.
