I think it might be called the browser but am not sure. After I work on a componet further down the list it is a pain to always have to scroll up through a long list to get back to the top and then have to activate the whole design in order to see everything.
A keyboard shortcut to activate the top most item would save a lot of time. Just hit a key and BAM your entire design is activated so you can move on.
