I always have mixed feelings about software language packages. From a general standpoint, people should be able to use whatever language they like, but English is the defacto UI language on computers.
The problem with that local language is that forums and shared intelligence (or lack of) get fragmented and we (as a community) lose a lot of knowledge.
The very first comment on this thread is in fact in Italian, just as the first comment in a thread about Spanish language support is in Spanish. I would be sorry to see the community around Fusion 360 turn into a babel's tower.
I agree with 4sommer. Additionally, look at all the requests in the IdeaStation. Equation Driven Curves have been asked for since 2014 and have tons of people supporting this idea in various posts on this board, yet it hasn't happened because of the massive workload for the Fusion Team. A language pack is only worth the effort if there are numbers of users to make it worth it. I have a feeling that Italian does not have the necessary user base to make it worthwhile to the development team.
