First let me start with I love the step up strategy for efficiency, its great to take the large DOC and then step up with small ones to reduce the scallops.
I would like to see an option on the rouging strategies that modified the WOC as the passes step up. I would like it to maintain a similar material removal rate as the large DOC had. For example say we are cutting 1 inch deep and .15 WOC and we have a small step of half that, so .5 inches. Our removal rate at the full depth is 15 cubic inches. but when we step up we drop down to 7.5 cubic inches. It would be awesome if Fusion could automatically adjust the WOC up in this case to .3 WOC to regain some efficiency.
I work around this currently by making separate toolpaths for each height. This obviously gets time consuming when you need a small step up value on parts. For production work its worth the programming time but on 1 offs its hard to justify. An option for this would be amazing.
