Higher stock quality during simulation

It would be not just cool to look at but also very helpful if the stock quality would be quite a bit better. Especially if your model has got surfaces with a radius like a fillet or so. I'm facing situations where I cannot see if the toolpath is bad or just the simulation. Here are two examples:

 

Vertical wall fillet:

See the problem at the upper chamfered area above the red arrow? Bad tool path or bad stock simulation?

 

Here's another example:

So, what is the problem? The tool path or just the simulation?

 

Personally I think it should be possible to define the grade of quality by our own. By that one with a strong machine, a high end PC could benefit from it and have a very accurate and high quality simulation whereas one with not such a strong PC could still run the simulation fluid.

I think I even found that there is one more problem with this inaccurate stock. During simulation it produces false positives for the collision checking if the mill is e.g. getting moved downwards and travels "through" an area where there is this kind of inaccuracy.
