Folders for User Parameters and components

The way that user parameters are displayed gets very cluttered in a hurry.
It should be possible to make folders to organize the parameters. Components in a design also get this way.

If folders not possible, why not integrate the user parameters under "model parameters".

So it would be possible to organize the parameters according to the design and components.

With that global and local parameters could be used.

Of course search, sort and filters for parameters should be added.
