This ties into the issue of not having associative assemblies because that is how it should be done and would fix this problem but it is a huge PITA having drawing dimensions disassociate when you do something like forget to exit a sketch before going back to the drawing or if you change visibility or something like that. My drawings loose their dimension associations all the time or even worse will change from a flat to the middle of a nearby taper changing the dimension slightly but if you aren't paying attention may not notice.
Having good drawings is a fundamental aspect of a good CAD program yet it seems to be a disturbingly low priority.
Still waiting on GD&T and other basic drawing functionality that has been being promised for ages.
