Docked Extrude Palette adds scrollbar inconsistently

It's a weird bug but still annoying that a docked Extrude palette will add scrollbars inconsistently.

It seems to alternate this behaviour between adding a scrollbar and not adding a scrollbar for the same exact action.

There should never be a scrollbar (if space exists) and it should behave the same each time.

That problem's been around for ages. It only works it you dock to the right side of the screen. In sketch mode you need to dock dialogs to the right side of the sketch pallet or you'll see the same problem.

That's too bad it's been around for ages. Perhaps if enough people agree we can get Autodesk to fix these easy issues.
