I would like to see a chop tool in the drawings. so when you make a section view or any view sometimes you do not need all the detail just a part of if.
Also add to the section view break the position link so you can move the section view some where else in the drawing.
Thanks for the "crop view" suggestion. Its on our list, but its currently quite low compared to other requests.
Regarding the ability to break a section view's alignment, this is already possible. During section view creation or when moving an existing projected or section view, press the SHIFT key. This will break the view's alignment and allow you to place it anywhere on the sheet. Pressing SHIFT again will realign the view. And just curious, are you on a Mac by any chance?
