There are only 2 choices as far a centre marks go.
Currently an arc or partial circle gets a small cross shaped centre mark, while a full circle gets a large cross shaped centre mark.
There are other options for representing the centre point of a circle.
I would like to be able to specify what kind of mark is used, regardless of the whether the circle is complete or not.
