This would be an excellent feature to add as angles and distances are called out differently from one drawing to the next. There is no simple work around you are required to create a sketch on a mid plane and do a cut/revolve to create the angle and dimensions for the profile.
I run into this ALL the time. On cylindrical objects, the chamfer distance is always radial in Fusion, but EVERY time I need to add a chamfer, I'm given an axial dimension and angle. That means it has to be sketched, and I try to do as much as possible without sketches.
