Button to Make Face Planar

Button to Make Face Planar

Select a face and make it planar. (3DS Max has this function.) Sometimes faces look planar but they really aren't. I'd like a way to force that face to be planar, with the rest of the model healing around it.

It might be nice to make a face conform to a construction plane too.

May be this can help?

What's the equivalent function in the modeling or patch environments?

Welp, there is no. We can't move vertices freely in parametric modelling mode.

But for simple shapes it's possible to convert model from BRep to T-Splines and then use Flatten: disable design history, select faces and choose Covert in right click menu.

Unfortunately, convert works with certain limitations and often crashes my Fusion, so you'd better save before.
